STRONG HISTORY
The primary purpose of this pillar is to celebrate the rich history and foundation of our beloved Organization. Throughout the past, much of our history has been disseminated primarily through an oral tradition. We endeavor to be intentional in chronicling, archiving, and highlighting our hidden treasures. Provisional Goals/Objective
Create a platform to highlight and celebrate leaders and laypersons that played an instrumental role in the foundation and continued advancement of Mt. Calvary
Establish a "Legacy Fund" to direct resources to help Secure, Survey, and Support our Legacy Churches
STRONG MINISTRY
Recognizing our Organization is only as strong as our strongest local assembly, it is our endeavor to strengthen, empower and equip the local ministries under our covering. In addition to providing spiritual empowerment and enrichment through our three national events:

OUTCRY YOUTH & YOUNG ADULT CONFERENCE
INTERNATIONAL HOLY CONVOCATION
This pillar will encompass educational initiatives and training focusing on leadership development and church growth.
Provisional Goals/Objective
Combine Holy Convocation and OUTCRY to become one major event in one location, and held simultaneously
Focus on empowering leaders through pastoral training, leadership development and strengthening the local church during International Holy Convocation and jurisdictional meetings
Focus on succession in ministry, retirement and investment planning; Non-profit management
STRONG FAMILY
Since our formation, family has been the root and sustaining foundation of our Organization. The primary objective of this pillar is to rekindle and recreate a family environment, as well as bond and connect within both our local units and our universal church family. It is our desire to build a culture that addresses the holistic needs of the entire family through:
Provisional Goals/Objective
Focus on mental health components of our constituency along with training and guidance on health, physical fitness and the whole person
Focus on empowering relationships within the family
Focus on the youth and their academic success by providing HBCU college tours and developmental workshops
Publish an online magazine that highlights a variety of topics addressing the key components listed above
STRONG COMMUNITY
The STRONG Community Pillar will house our non-profit/outreach arm of the Organization. This will position Mt. Calvary to be recognized outside of the pulpit and doing the true work of ministry. As a separate 50lc3 entity, “Calvary Cares” will sponsor philanthropic programming and initiatives that will give back to the communities and special causes connected to the geographical areas we cover and/or visit. Additionally, within this pillar, a social justice/civic platform and presence will be established to address domestic and global disparities and topics through:

Serve as the outreach arm of the Organization
Focus on disaster relief efforts along with a disaster relief team, town hall meetings and candidate's forum
Develop a socio-political active ministry within Organization
